This appeal is directed against order dated 06.12.2012 passed in Service Single No. 5654 of 1999, whereby learned Single Judge, following the judgment in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5412 of 1999, dated 12.03.2012, allowed the writ petition filed by the respondent. 2. While the petitioner in the Writ Petition (S/S) No. 5412 of 1999 was at serial No. 1 in the merit list, the petitioner in Service Single No. 5654 of 1999 is at merit No. 2 in the merit list. 3. Today, we have dismissed the Special Appeal Defective No. 723 of 2012, arising out of Writ Petition (S/S) No. 541
