This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by learned Company Judge in Misc. Application No.71 of 2024, whereby the application filed by the appellants seeking permission to purchase the flats in which the appellants were residing, has been rejected. 2. The appeal is barred by 122 days. An application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal has been filed. 3. For the reasons indicated in the application supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. 4. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 5. It is vehemently submitted by counsel for the appellants that the appellants are ex-employees of the Company in liquidation wherein the order was passed by B.I.F.R under the provisions of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 ordering for its winding up. 6.
