Special Appeal Nos.98 of 2025, 99 of 2025, 100 of 2025, 101 of 2025, 102 of 205 and 105 of 2025 filed against the same judgment have been dismissed by means of a judgment and order dated 11.03.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the present Special Appeal arises out of the same judgment against which the Bunch of Special Appeals is dismissed by means of an order dated 11.03.2025 and it should also be decided in terms of the same judgment. 3.
