This special appeal is directed against order dated 14.11.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-A No. 522 of 2024, whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent has been allowed and order impugned in the writ petition dated 31.08.2018 was set aside and the appellants were directed to treat the respondent's services having been regularized on 28.12.2001 and to grant all service benefits to which the respondent is entitled. 2. The appeal is barred by 81 days. 3. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. 4. For the reasons indicated in the application supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed.
