The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 144/2025 of PS Punjabi Bagh for offence under Section 110 BNS Act. Learned APP present with IO SI Sandeep from PS Punjabi Bagh submits that there is no serious objection to this application provided that petitioner joins investigation. 2. It appears that a quarrel between two children led to exchange of hot words between the parents and the scuffle led to injuries to both groups. The present petitioner allegedly hit the victim with a baseball bat, causing head injury.
