The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that acquisition proceedings in respect of Khasra No.22//14min (1-16) situated in the revenue estate of village Mubarakpur, Dabas, Delhi [hereafter the subject land] be declared lapsed by virtue of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 [2013 Act]. 2.
