The Petitioner - Mr. Ravinder Pal Singh has filed the present petition seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 23rd September, 2016 issued by the Registrar Co-operative Societies (RCS) which allowed the transfer of membership from prior members to various other persons. In addition, the prayer is that no transfer of membership or occupancy rights should be permitted till the final determination of the membership rights. The prayers in the present petition are set out below:- “a), the impugned order dt.23.09.2016 passed by the RCS/Respondent No.1 may kindly be set-aside and quashed; and b).
