Petitioner has sought initiation of contempt against respondents for wilful disobedience of order dated 13.08.2019 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 1183/2018. 4. It is pertinent to mention that the abovesaid writ petition had been filed by Chairman-cum-Managing Director of DTC.
