The Plaintiff prays for partition of the moveable and immoveable assets left behind their parents. 3. Shorn of unnecessary details, the facts leading to the present suit are as under:- a. The present suit pertains to a dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, who are twin siblings and the legal heirs of Late Brigadier Surinder Kumar Puri and Mrs. Versha Puri. b. Brigadier Surinder Kumar Puri served in the Indian Army for over three decades and retired in or around the year 1983. Mrs. Versha Puri was a homemaker.
