This petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Reference Court in Reference (LCA) No.174 of 2012 whereby the learned Reference Court has directed the present petitioner to pay a lumpsum compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- within a period of 30 days from the date of judgment. In case of failure to make the payment within the stipulated period, the amount shall carry an interest of 9% per annum
