During the pendency of the present petition, however, the petitioner re-applied for issuance of an NOC, and the respondent issued the same to the petitioner on 10.07.2024, however, stipulating that he shall be discharged from service on 30.06.2025 on completion of 20 years and 3 days of service. 3. Pursuant to the grant of the NOC, the petitioner has secured an employment with the respondent no.4 as Assistant Planning Officer. 4.
