The learned counsel for the respondents submits that by the Judgement dated 14.12.2024 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, in the W.P.(C) No. 175 of 2021 titled Adarsh Kumar Jain & Ors. v. The Union of India & Ors., it had been declared that the officers similar to the appellants herein are entitled to fixation of their pay on their respective post on deputation in accordance with the communication dated 24.11.2009. 2. In view thereof, by a communication dated 21.02.2025, the Registrars of all the Debt Recovery Tribunals and the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals have been requested to comply with the said Order and accordingly to fix pay in respect of the officers who are on deputation in Signature Not Verified Signed By:VIJAYA LPA 676/2023 Page 1 of 2 LAKSHMI DOBHAL Signing Date:02.04.2025 16:20:58 DRATs/DRTs. 3. In view of the above Order, nothing further survives in the present appeal. The same is accordingly disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that the Impugned Order shall not come in the way of implementation of the directions issued by the respondents vide their letter dated 21.02.2025.
