Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sole respondent died on 06.06.2014 and a memo to that effect was filed on 23.08.2024, wherein the details of legal representatives of 2 the deceased respondents was mentioned. A copy of that memo was also served to learned counsel for the appellants. 3. It appears that so far no steps were taken by the appellants to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record. 4. In that view of the matter, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated by operation of law. No order as to costs. Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
