This Interlocutory Application, Under Order 41 Rule 27 r/w section 151 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (for short, ‘C.P.C.,’), is filed by the Petition- ers/Respondents seeking permission from this Court to submit the photo- graphs as additional evidence in the Second Appeal No.162 of 2000, in the interest of justice. 2. The brief averments of the Petition enclosed to the 1st Petitioner’s affi- davit as follows: The Petitioners, the Respondents 1 and 2 in S.A.No.162 of 2000 con- tends that the Appellant filed O.S.No.1119/1995 before the II Additional Mun- sif Court, Guntur, seeking a permanent injunction for the suit schedule prop- erty. The suit was contested and decreed on 29.08.1996. Aggrieved by this, the Petitioners/Respondents filed A.S.No.131/1996, which was allowed in their favour on 05.11.1999. In turn, the Respondent/Appellant filed the present Second Appeal, S.A.No.162/2000, which is pending consideration. Recently, the Petitioners' counsel visited the disputed property, ob- tained photographs, and sought to present them as evidence in court. The Hon'ble Court direct
