The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC praying for quashing of order dated 27.08.2018 passed by the learned ASJ-06 (SE), Saket, New Delhi whereby the bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated. 27.06.2017 in connection with FIR No. 49/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/506/34 IPC registered at PS Pul Prahladpur (subsequently transferred to PS Crime branch), was cancelled.
