The present appeals under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (for short, ‘CrPC’) have been filed assailing the impugned judgment of conviction and order on sentence dated 30.05.2014 and Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SHIWANI NEGI Page 1 of 28 Signing Date:18.03.2025 CRL.A. 768//2014 and CRL.A. 789/2014 19:33:27 07.06.2014 respectively, passed by learned Special Judge, P.C. Act (CBI-09), Central District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the appellants have been convicted in CC No. 91/2011 arising out of FIR No. RC No. 48(A)/04, under Section 7 and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, (for short, ‘PC Act) registered with CBI. 2. Vide the aforesaid judgment of conviction and order on sentence, appellant, Ram Kumar (HC No. 391/W) s/o Sh.
