In compliance with the order dated 17.03.2025, a personal affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Kaushambi, where in paragraph nos. 7 and 8, it is averred: "7. That during the physical inspection, it was confirmed that the following encroachments existed over the said pond land:- i. 0.005 hectare of arazi no. 73 was encroached upon by Ram Nihore, S/o Chhotelal, who had constructed a temporary shed (Chappar). ii. 0.004 hectare of arazi no. 73was encroached upon by Ramdas, S/o Bhagwandin, who had built a house. iii. 0.004 hectareof arazi no. 73was encroached upon by Ramkaran, S/o Ramdhani, who had created sahan and laid foundation. 8.
