A perusal of the petition indicates that the constructions which are sought to be demolished, none of the parties have been impleaded as respondents to the present petition, who are necessary parties to such petition. Further the contents of the petition indicates that based on newspaper reports, the present petition has been filed. The petitioner, except for referring to newspaper reports, has not indicated a word in the petition pertaining to any effort/research made by the petitioner before filing the present PIL. 3.
