This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure strict compliance of Government Order dated 11.01.2019 amended on 29.06.2020 and 11.02.2021 and take action against the institutions, who are not complying with the Government Order dated 26.09.2023. 2. Submissions have been made that the State has issued directions, requiring the schools to follow the syllabus, as approved by the Basic Shiksha Parishad and the education be imparted through the books as per the syllabus and no other books will be used, however, the said circular dated 26.09.2023 is not being followed.
