This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no.2 to restrain respondent no.4 from marketing Beedi in the name and style of Shankar Parwati Chhap along with the Logo. 2. Submissions have been made that the sale of the Beedi in the names of Gods and Goddesses hurts religious feelings of the petitioner and, therefore, respondent no.4 be restrained from doing so. 3. Having gone through the averments contained in the petition, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition purportedly in public interest, for the allegations made in the petition, the petitioner has to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.
