Submissions have been made that the entry of Kabristan has been recorded based on Suit No. 9/1986 decided on 06.07.1987 by the Pargana Adhikari, Chhata, however the said record is not available and, therefore, as no such order exists, to the extent that the land has been recorded as Kabristan, deserves to be set aside. 3.
