This petition, purportedly in the public interest, has been filed, inter alia, seeking to question the status of respondent no. 5 and alleging that by indulging in corruption he has amassed huge property and, therefor, action be initiated against him. 2. Perusal of record indicates that in the application filed under Right to Information Act, 2005, details were sought pertaining to appointment of respondent no. 5. Further the entire basis of the petition is a complaint made by one, Raman Singh, resident of District Banka, Bihar, which complaint is addressed to the Prime Minister. From where the said complaint has been accessed/obtained by the petitioner has also not been disclosed.
