Submissions have been made that the application made to the District Magistrate, Fatehpur, dated 31.01.2025 remains pending and, therefore, the District Magistrate may be directed to decide the pending application. 3. The prayer made is not opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 4. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of. The District Magistrate, Fatehpur is directed to decide the pending application made by the Gram Pradhan/villagers dated 31.01.2025 within a period of three weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the said authority.
