This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to entertain and decide the application/representation dated 06.06.2024 made against respondents no. 4, 5 and 6. 2. As the petition lacked any credentials of the petitioner, when counsel for the petitioner was asked about the same, it has been disclosed that private respondents have initiated proceedings against the grandfather of the petitioner and in those proceedings, the documents have been produced, based on which the complaint has been made. The very fact that the respondents no. 4 to 6 are in litigation against the grandfather of the petitioner, filing of the present petition naming the same as PIL appears to be absolutely baseless and false. 3. Further, the petitioner has not disclo
