The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite an order being passed, the same is not being executed. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, states that the remedy lies under Clause 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual. In view thereof, the petitioner is permitted to file an application under Clause 460 of the U.P.Revenue Court Manual and in case such an application is filed before the concerned authority, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
