The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties particularly opposite party No. 2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment, over the Pond land (Talab) Gata No. 1127(b)/ 0.1010 hectare. situated at village vijaythuwa Rajapur(Raman ka Purwa) Pargana aldemau tahsil Kadipur District Sultanpur that the beneficiary to get justice." 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.6 states that earlier one Ajay Kumar Prabhakar had filed a writ petition against the father of the respondent. Now, another petitioner, the present petitioner, i.e., Gaurav Rai has approached this Court by impleading him as respondent No.6. 4. Incident
