The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties no.1 to 4 to forthwith take coercive action in the matter and remove the encroachment from the valuable land of Gaon Sabha bearing Gata No.70 area 0.0130 Hectare situate in Village Loharmau, Pargana Meeranpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Sultanpur, which is recorded as road in the Khatauni 1430-1435 Fasli as contained in Annexure no.1 to this writ petition, within such time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
