The petition has been filed with the following main prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to dispossess the illegal encroachment from the Gram Sabha land bearing Gata no. 805/.1940 hectare situated at Village-Chhitnapur, Pargana- Paharapur, Tehsil-Colonelganj, District- Gonda and the copy of khatauni has contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment in furtherance of the order passed by the respondent no. 4 as stated any report dated 03-09-2024, contained as Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition." 3.
