The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties No. 2 to 5 to remove illegal encroachment over the Public Way and Gram Sabha Land of Gata No. 712 recorded as Banjar Land of Gram Panchayat Jarauli, Tehsil- Ram Sanchi Ghat, District- Barabanki which has illegally been encroached by the Respondent No. 7 i.e. Muneshwar Dutt Mishra. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
