Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No.2 to 4 to take the necessary action for removal of the illegal encroachment over the Gaon Sabha land bearing Khasra/Gata No.760- kha area 0.379 hectare recoded as Pond in the name of Gaon Sabha in the village revenue records situated in village Vihrojpur, Pargana and Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar." 2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy by moving an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code which shall be decided in accordance with law within the time as prescribed under statute. Order Date :- 12.3.20
