This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate misappropriation of funds allocated in Gram Panchayat - Bhagesar, Block - Koraon, District - Prayagraj during the year 2016-17 to 2020-21. A further prayer has been made seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 07.02.2024 and 06.09.2024. 2. Allegations have been made that respondent No. 7 was Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat during the period of 2016-17 to 2020-21 and various amounts under 4th State Finance Commission and various Schemes were sanctioned, which have been misappropriated by the said respondent and therefore, an inquiry needs to be ordered in the case. 3.
