Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 to 3 more specifically opposite party no. 3 to register the case against the opposite party no. 5 & 6 and initiate the proceedings under section 67 of he UP Revenue Code, 2006 for their eviction from the Gaon Sabha Land Gata No. 727M, 729M and 731 M hectares situated in village Khaupur Buzurg, Tehsil and District Amethi and conclude its proceedings within the stipulated period." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been imitated and are pending. 4.
