The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment, over the Bhita land Gata No. 168/0.2700 hectare situated at village Balware, Pargana Aldemau Tehsil Jaisingpur, District Sultanpur." 3. Considering the fact that an adequate efficacious remedy is prescribed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code.
