Submission has been made that the transfer of the Gram Vikash Adhikari is contrary to the guidance issued by Annexure-1. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the guidance was issued on 10.02.2025 and the order has been passed on 11.02.2025. Post passing of the said order dated 11.02.2025, the petitioner has not taken any action/cared to approach the respondents in this regard and has rushed to this Court purportedly in public interest. 4.
