Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties particularly opposite party No. 2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment, over the Ghoor Gaddha Gata No.450/0.0240 hectare, Naveen parti Gata No. 451/ area 0.0630 hectare, Khalihan Gata No.453/0.127 hectare, Chak Marg Gata No. 454/0.210 hectare, situated at village Bharthua, Pargana Aldemau Tahsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur that the beneficiary to get justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an adequate efficacious remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the respondent no.4, who shall take action
