The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the state opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment from Gata No. 699/0.4810 H situated at Village Pariyawan, Pargana Manikpur, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh, in the interest of justice. (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.3 to decide the application/representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2024, in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions, states that the orders for eviction have already been passed. 4. In view thereof, no further direction is required to be passed. 5.
