The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 & 3 to take the legal action against the opposite party no.6 who has made encroach over the Gatas No.212/0.215, 213/0.038, 266Kha/0.205, 200/0.063, 202/0.126, 211Kha/0.077, 218/0.041, 244/0.049 hect. which is registered as a Naveen Parti and Barren/Ussar Land in revenue record situated at Village Newada Khurd, Pargana-Dhigwas, Tehsil-Kunda, District-Pratapgarh as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has equally efficacious remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application
