An objection is raised that an identical writ petition i.e. Public Interest Litigation No. 668 of 2022 instituted by a different petitioner is pending before this Court and the present PIL which is verbatim same with the earlier petition. There is concealment of the institution of the previous petition by the petitioner. This is nothing but an abuse of the process of law. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. 3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. .
