Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opp. Party No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of the encroacher from the land gata No.126,129 &130 which his recorded as Navin parti and land gata No. 132 which his recorded as Khad gaddha, and land gata No. 106 which is recorded as Banjar land in the revenue record situated at village Meerpur Kasba, pargana Tashsil and District Bahraich with immediate effect." 3.
