Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. A writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding to opposite party no. 2 to 4 that they consider the case of petitioner and ensure the removal of the encroachments upon Scheduled Cast Abadi reserved for public use i.e. gata no. 150/10 Hectare which is situated in village Gayghat, pargana & Tehsil- Mankapur, District-Gonda, in interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that the proceedings for removing the encroachers have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to conclude the proceedings within 90 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
