The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.2 to 4 to get removed the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no.5 made over the land bearing gata no.371 min, demarcated as Naveen Parti, admeasuring area 0.012 hectare situated at village Kamda, Tehsil Balrampur, District Balrampur, as the same is public utility land, in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the offending constructions have already been removed. 4. In view thereof, nothing survives. 5.
