The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 6 to remove the depredation/encroachment so made by the private respondents upon Gram Sabha Land recorded as Chak Marg no. 167 situated in Village- Mansurpur, Block-Mallawan, Tehsil-Bilgram, District-Hardoi thereby impeding the day to day movement of the petitioner and others villagers from carrying out their agricultural activities, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 6 to carry out a ground level enquiry in respect of the illegal encroachment so made by the private respondents upon Gram Sabha land recorded
