Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State on the basis of instructions has informed that there is no obstruction whatsoever created by any local resident coming in the way of construction of Multipurpose Resource Recovery Centre under Swaccha Bharat Misssion Gramin, Phase-II as circulated vide Government Order dated 22.06.2021. 3. That being the position, we expect the Gram Panchayat concerned to proceed with the construction of Resource Recovery Centre in order to implement the scheme ensuring waste management. 4.
