To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opp. party no.2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by opp. party no.4 & 5 over the public path i.e. Land Gata no.598/0.0240 hec. and Land gata no.600/0.0890 hec. situated at Village- Bahamanpur, Pargana- Meeranpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District- Sultanpur, in the interest of justice." 3.
