To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opp. parties, specially District Magistrate, Sultanpur to take strict action against the opp. party no.6 & 7 and get them evict them from plot No 326/0.0250 hec., 327/0.1580 hec & Plot No. 222/0.470 hec, situated at Village Sahinawa, Pargana-Chanda, Tehsil-Lambhua, District- Sultanpur, so as to serve the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that two persons namely Opposite Party Nos.6 & 7 were found to be encroaching, thus, proceedings were initiated under Section 67(1) of U.P. Revenue Code and were d
