Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no- 1,2 and 3 to initiate steps to vacate the Gram Sabha's Land having land Gata no. 138/0.1560 hectare and 121/0.0450 hectare recorded in revenue record as "Nala" land of Gram Sabha Ashapur Tahsil- Sadar, District-Faizabad/Ayodhya from illegal encroachments, within specified time and to protect the common rights of villagers, in the interest of justice." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that encroachment has already been removed. The instructions are taken on record. 3. In view thereof, no further orders are required. 4.
