The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to remove encroachment from Khata/Gata No.400 area 0.0620 Hectare, situated at Village- Ramapur, Post- Gaura, Tehsil- Raniganj, Thana- Fatanpur, District-Pratapgarh which is recorded as Naveen Parti land in revenue record, illegally encroached by the respondent No.7 and other persons without having any right." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that alleged encroachments have already been removed. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
