This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the illegal possession of respondents 6 to 8 from Arazi No. 1178 and Arazi No. 1179 situated in Kasba Koda Bahar Kshetra, Pargana Koda, Tehsil Bindki, District Fatehpur which are recorded in the revenue record as Holika Dahan Place and Manure Pit. 2. Based on the allegations made in the petition, the respondents were directed to obtain instructions. 3. Instructions have been produced inter alia indicating that land comprising Gata No. 1178 is lying vacant and on the land comprising Gata No. 1179, one Sonu son of Munnilal has constructed house and for his eviction, proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated wherein the next date fixed is 04.03.2025. 4. In view of the above fact situation
