The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no. 5 on the pond situated at Gata No. 1122/0.049 Hectare and Gata No. 1145/0.550 hect. and 1149 and 1150 situated at Village-Ramapur Bhagahi, Pargana- Nawabganj, Tehsil- Tarabganj, District-Gonda and the same is also recorded as pond (Talab) in the revenue records, in the interest of justice." 3.
