Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no- 1,2 and 3 to initiate steps to physically vacate the Gram Sabha's Land having land Gata no. 1755/0.1610 hectare recorded in revenue record as "Talab" land of Gram Sabha Naraini Tahsil- Amethi, District- Amethi from illegal encroachments physically, within specified time and to protect the common rights of villagers, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that alleged encroachments have already been removed. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
